Lack of agreement between Ministries on regulation of property of communal servicies
During the discussion of the Economic commity of the Parliament the Ministry of National Development aproved but that of Rural Development does not the new plan of bill regulating properties of communal compagnies
As well known rulling government lead by FiDESZ and Viktor Orbán as prime minister are faciliting to get back in public ownership companies delivering communal services. New plan-bill is presented to the Parliament regulating the ownership of these companies. However in the discussion in the economic commitee of the Parliement two representants of two defferent were not agree on to present or not the actual version of the bill to the Plenary Session of the Parliament. The secratery of state of the Ministry of Economic Development aproved it but the vice secratery of state of the Ministrary of Rural Development does not. The main question seems to be the property of foreigners in these companies. The Socialist Party in opposition called the plan a way to open the door to interest groups close to the government. The representant of the parliamentarian majority refused the incinuation.
