The public traportation will lose central government allowance but still Budapest and big cities can be winners of next year's budget changes in Hungary

Next year all local government service delivery and financial system will change while the division of tasks between the government and municipalities will change. It seems that whole intergovernmental transfer system will change. Also the system of shared taxes can change. As effect of all these changes funds in bigger cities and Budapest can increase.
