In home conditions big-, in European conditions medium size cities, which means 50-200 thousand citizen in public service system’s function
- which systems can define, and these’re how much specific within the multipurpose micro-regional systems, in regard to formal and informal parts of network?
- what kind of changes to claim for the multipurpose micro-regional associations regulation system, that public services claims can be guarantee?

International and inland academic literature including the questions and solutions about public administration and public services are available.
