Dr. Vigvári András CSc. financial academic specialization economist, General Accounting Office, methodological and scientific adviser of Development Institute, the reader of the Budapest Technical and Economical Science University's and Miskolc University's financial department. He obtained a bank manager degree in the international banker derivational suffix. In the bigger part of his career he was university instructor, but he also made an eight-year excursion in the bank sector.
His research areas: municipal financies, the theory of the financial cheque. The domestic one is one of the best-known expert of municipal financial affairs. He expounds his tutorial activity in different institutions' gradual, postgraduate and doctoral training. He pursues a domestic and foreign country activity on the area of municipal financial affairs.
